Cookie Policy
This policy explains the browser storage used by the AnyRemote website for sign-in and preferences.
Last updated September 24, 2026.
1. Authentication cookies
When you sign in, AnyRemote uses an authentication session cookie so the website can recognize your browser and provide account features. This cookie supports a necessary sign-in function.
If you block or remove session cookies, sign-in or protected account pages may not work until you sign in again. The cookie is not used by the application for advertising or analytics.
2. Local browser preferences
The website saves your selected theme and language in browser local storage. These settings are stored in your browser profile, not in cookies, and help keep your preferences when you return.
You can clear these preferences by removing AnyRemote site data in your browser. Clearing site data may also sign you out or reset other website settings.
3. Third-party services
If you choose an external sign-in provider or open a payment provider’s page, that provider may use its own browser storage under its own policy. This policy covers the AnyRemote website, not those external pages.
4. Managing browser storage
You can manage or delete cookies and local site data through your browser settings. Browser controls apply to the storage categories separately; blocking the authentication cookie can prevent account sign-in.
The current AnyRemote website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If our use of cookies changes, we will update this policy.
