Panda Intelligence Software LTD operates AnyRemote and is responsible for the information described in this policy. It covers the website, account, authentication, device administration, and billing features.

Remote MCP tool requests and results are described in the Remote Service Privacy Policy. Google, GitHub, Stripe, ChatGPT, and other services you choose have their own privacy terms for information they process.

Depending on the features you use, AnyRemote processes account details such as your name and email address; authentication and session information; device names, platform, software version, and status; and usage, plan, subscription, and invoice records.

When you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, that provider participates in authentication and may share account information needed to sign you in. For information about the contents of remote tool requests and results, see the separate Remote Service Privacy Policy.

We use account and device information to provide sign-in, device enrollment and management, account features, usage metering, support, and service operation. We use billing records to show and administer your plan and subscription.

Cloudflare provides hosting and data services used by AnyRemote. Stripe processes paid subscriptions. Google or GitHub may process information when you select their sign-in option. Information may also be handled where needed to meet legal obligations or address service issues.

We keep account, device, usage, and billing information while it is needed to provide and administer the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and address misuse. Different records may be kept for different periods; we do not state a single deletion deadline for all account information.

Short-lived remote request and result records have the retention behavior described in the Remote Service Privacy Policy. This website policy does not promise that all information is deleted immediately when you stop using AnyRemote.

You can update account details through available account features, revoke a connected device, and manage a subscription through the billing portal when available. Theme and language settings are saved in your browser as described in the Cookie Policy.

Depending on your location, privacy law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your information. Contact us to make a request, or complain to a data protection authority. We may need to retain some information where the law requires or permits it.
